Frequency: You can expect to receive messages from us as needed to keep you informed about your swimming pool service, billing, and any recommended work by estimates that arise.


Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with "STOP" in all capital letters to any message received from us. After sending "STOP," you will receive an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin our SMS program, simply sign up as you did initially or text "START," and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.


Help: If you encounter any issues or need assistance with our SMS program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP." Alternatively, you can reach out for support directly by visiting our contact page on our website.


Interruption: Carriers, such as, but not limited to, Verizon, ATT and T Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network conditions.


Cost: Message and data rates may apply for both messages sent to you from us and messages sent to us from you. If you have any questions or concerns about your text plan or data plan, we recommend contacting your wireless provider for assistance.
